Born and brought up at Chennai, Nagaraj Sagar did my schooling in Leo Matriculation Higher Secondary School and graduated with a B.Com degree from Madras University.I hail from the Kankipati family who are one of the leading and successful businessmen in Chennai. As business runs in my blood, I inculcated Entrepreneurial skills right from young age, which has made me a young and successful entrepreneur now.
Also being from a community which is full of traditional and cultural values, Nagaraj Sagar Kankipati was brought up amidst such an environment which encouraged me to get involved in all the activities of the community. As an ardent follower of Sri Vaishnava Siddhantha of Sri Ramanujacharya, I am actively involved in several religious activities and offer my Kaingaryam(services) to the utmost extent possible by me.
Inspired by great leaders like Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam , who Nagaraj sagar treat as my role model , Mr.NarendraModi, G.M.Rao, NiranjanHirani, I am actively involved in various social welfare activities and programs. Nagaraj sagar always believe in the saying “Don’t give fish to the starving, instead teach them to fish” and have been following this as one of my principles.
